Hi!
I’m Dani, a trainer and sports instructor.
I offer personal, partner, and group training sessions at the gym. For me, this is about much more than just exercise — it’s a lifestyle and a form of self-expression. I’ve been involved in various forms of sports for most of my life, and for the past 8 years I’ve been consciously developing myself specifically in strength and muscle building.
I believe that mental development is just as important as physical fitness, which is why I continuously expand my knowledge in this area as well.
